Return and Refund Policy

At Joan Abode, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to provide the highest quality home decor products, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility:
We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.

2. Return Process:
To initiate a return:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and sent back within 7 days of approval.

3. Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued via cash at the time of item pickup or delivery adjustment, since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days after return confirmation, depending on courier coordination.

4. Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Used, washed, or altered items

  • Personalized or custom-made items unless defective

5. Damaged Items in Transit:
If your product is damaged during delivery, please take clear photos of the package and item, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

6. Exchange Policy:
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
