  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Timeframe:

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • For remote or out-of-service areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

3. Delivery Method:

  • All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping is free on all orders above a minimum value (if applicable; specify if needed).

  • For orders below the minimum value, a standard shipping fee may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery Confirmation:

  • You will receive a call or SMS from the delivery agent prior to the delivery.

  • If you’re unavailable, a second attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control but will assist in tracking and resolving any issues promptly.
